SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our delivery is based on a 2-5 working day service. We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Free UK Delivery.
If your case is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to refund the original price of the item once we have received the faulty or incorrect case. The postage needed to return your order to us is not refundable.
Please email our customer service on email@example.com so we can deal with your enquiry and supply a return postal address.
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout service, which can be made by Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.
Any refunds will be pay back into the bank account you purchased your item via.
All Orders, which includes previous orders can be viewed by visiting the “My account” link, then after signing into your account. Your account will then show the status of any order placed.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can sign into your account and update account information at your convenience. Go to the “My account” link at the top right hand side of the website and you will have the option to update all of your account information from your phone number to your home address.
